Full-time Nurse Practitioner position specializing in hospice, palliative, and house call care in the Treasure Valley area.

Provides comprehensive, compassionate care to patients with terminal or advanced conditions in their homes or care facilities.

Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care, focusing on advanced care planning and symptom management.

Conducts face-to-face visits to meet regulatory requirements and support aging in place.

Requires valid NP licenses in Idaho and Oregon, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel and relocate if necessary.
