Join a rapidly growing mobile ENT care team servicing Eugene, OR, and surrounding areas.

We provide in-home ENT services to patients in skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care facilities across multiple states.

Enjoy flexible, weekday shifts with no nights or weekends (unless desired), and receive full administrative support, clinical mentorship, and CME opportunities.

Responsibilities include traveling to facilities to perform physical exams, prescribe treatments, develop care plans, and coordinate with other healthcare providers for 15-25 residents daily.

Requirements include a valid Oregon NP license, driver’s license, willingness to travel, and a commitment to high-quality care. Training involves virtual and in-person sessions, with travel reimbursement.

This part-time position offers $78-$85/hour, with end-of-year bonuses, and a schedule of 2-3 days per week or up to full-time hours.
