Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a Cardiothoracic Surgery inpatient role at a Level I Trauma Center in Lansing, MI. The position involves rounding only (no OR duties), with a 4-day, 10-hour workweek starting ASAP. The role includes patient care in CVICU, CVSU, and Vascular units, with approximately 15 patients daily. Call responsibilities are 1 in 4 weeks from home, plus one weekend per month. The position offers competitive pay, travel coverage, and utilizes Epic EMR. Requirements include board certification, BLS & ACLS, active MI license or NLC, and no recent malpractice issues. Experience is required; new grads are not considered. The role provides an excellent opportunity for inpatient cardiovascular care in a supportive team environment.
