LPC,LCSW,LAC,LSW Therapist/ Counselor working in clients’ homes (not remote)

Job Description

We are offering flexible fee-for-service positions (part-time and full-time) providing in-home and community counseling services across several New Jersey counties. Therapists and clinicians earn competitive rates ($65-$90/hr), with a $500 new hire bonus for therapists. Positions include licensed clinicians, LAC/LSW, behavioral assistants, and supervisor roles, with options for Per Diem, salaried, PTO, and health insurance. Responsibilities include providing individualized in-home and community counseling, skill-building, psycho-education, and behavioral interventions for children and adolescents, following personalized treatment plans. Requirements include excellent communication skills, a relevant degree or licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT), a driver’s license, and willingness to travel. Dependability, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills are essential. COVID-19 precautions involve virtual interviews and remote meetings.
