We are seeking a House Supervisor – Registered Nurse (RN) for a critical illness recovery hospital working 7pm-7am, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus.

Provide compassionate leadership and manage resources during your shift.

Create a positive work environment supporting team and individual growth.

Ensure policy and procedure adherence, serve as a clinical resource, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care and operations.

Qualifications: Valid RN license, BLS and ACLS at hire. Preferred experience includes 5+ years in critical care, clinical management, and a BSN.
