We are seeking a dedicated Lead Maintenance Tech – 1st Shift in San Antonio, TX to oversee and perform maintenance tasks to ensure optimal operation of facilities and equipment.

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities on machinery and building systems.
• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Train and mentor maintenance team members to enhance skills and safety practices.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and inventory of parts and tools.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption.
