Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Registered Nurse II for the LGH D26 unit in Lynchburg, VA, working full-time overnight shifts (7p-7a).

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
  • Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and nursing protocols.
  • Document patient information accurately and timely.
