LCSW Licensed Clinical Social Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced *Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)* to join our team in a full-time capacity.

Responsibilities

* Provide direct clinical services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychotherapy to individuals and groups.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
* Participate in supervision, team meetings, and professional development activities.

Qualifications

* Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
* Current and valid LCSW license in good standing.
* Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* *Experience with drug and alcohol addiction is highly preferred.*

We offer a competitive salary range of *$76,000 – $96,000 annually*, commensurate with experience.
