Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time position to provide
clinical services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychotherapy to individuals and groups.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and professional development

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Valid LCSW license in good standing
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with addiction is highly preferred

Salary ranges from $76,000 – $96,000 annually. The role is based in Chico, CA, requiring relocation and in-person work, with a preference for day shifts.
