Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time role to provide
direct clinical services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychotherapy to individuals and groups.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and professional growth activities.

Qualifications include a
Master’s degree in Social Work, a valid LCSW license, strong clinical skills, and excellent communication.
Experience with addiction is highly preferred.
