direct clinical services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychotherapy
for individuals and groups.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Valid LCSW license in good standing.
- Strong assessment and treatment skills; experience with addiction is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.

Salary ranges from $76,000 to $96,000 annually, based on experience. The role requires in-person work in Chico, CA, with relocation before start. Shift preference is day shift.
