Join a faith-based residential treatment team as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in Morrow, AR.
Provide individual, group, and family therapy to adolescent males facing mental health or substance use challenges. Conduct assessments, develop and evaluate treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Integrate Christian values into therapeutic practices while respecting client needs. Facilitate psychoeducational groups on emotional regulation, trauma, and healthy relationships. Maintain clinical documentation, participate in staff and case reviews, and support crisis intervention. Engage with families to promote healing and recovery. Supervise non-licensed staff and ensure ethical, culturally responsive care. Qualifications: Master’s in a behavioral health field, valid Arkansas licensure (LPC, LMSW, etc.), 2+ years experience with adolescents, commitment to Christian values, and strong clinical skills.
