Join our faith-based residential treatment center as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist dedicated to transforming the lives of adolescent boys.

Key responsibilities include providing individual, group, and family therapy; conducting assessments; developing treatment plans; collaborating with a multidisciplinary team; integrating Christian values into therapy; facilitating psychoeducational groups; maintaining clinical documentation; and supporting families.

Qualifications include a valid license (LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in Arkansas, a Master’s degree in a related field, and at least 2 years of experience working with adolescents. Strong clinical skills, cultural competence, and a commitment to faith-based care are essential.
