Job Description

This Physical Therapist role involves assessing, planning, and providing rehabilitative care to improve patient mobility, reduce pain, and prevent deformities, across the full continuum of care.
Responsibilities include developing and revising treatment plans, educating patients and families, documenting care, and collaborating with physicians.
The position requires adherence to ethical standards, effective communication, teamwork, and compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.
Qualifications include a Doctorate, Masters, or Bachelors in Physical Therapy, valid licensure, and BLS certification.
