We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner for primary care and inpatient settings, offering a salary of $115,000 – $130,000 with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

  • Enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule from 9-5 with flexible hours, no weekends, and no on-call responsibilities.
  • Provide comprehensive care to residents in skilled nursing facilities, including assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and prescribing medications.
  • Utilize EMR, dashboards, and telehealth to manage patient visits and document accurately.
  • Collaborate with staff and physicians to ensure quality patient care and complete all documentation timely.
