Post Acute Care Physician / Primary Care Physician – Warwick, RI

Job Description

Seeking Board Certified Geriatricians, Internists, and Family Practitioners to provide comprehensive on-site medical care in post-acute, rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living facilities.

Our team delivers care across a spectrum from short-term rehab to complex geriatric patients, aiming to improve access, remove barriers, and achieve optimal clinical outcomes.

As a member of the team, you will

Provide face-to-face primary care services

Participate in educational sessions and clinical reviews

Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants

Qualifications: current state medical license, D.E.A. certification, and board eligibility/certification. Positions are full-time, part-time, or contract, with a schedule Monday to Friday. In-person work location. Up to $300,000/year.
