Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and collaborative Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team working with young children with disabilities.

  • Responsibilities include therapy, evaluations, IEP development, and teacher consultation.
  • Full-time position (10 months + 6 weeks summer) with experience in oral-motor skills, childhood development, PECS, and ABA/VB strategies preferred.
  • Qualifications: MS in Communicative Disorders, NYS SLP license, ASHA CCC, and at least one year of experience with young children with special needs. CF candidates and part-time options considered.
  • Requires valid NYS Driver’s License and willingness to commute or relocate to Springville, NY.
  • Salary ranges from $50,000 to $55,000, with benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, professional development, and flexible schedule.
  • Work involves direct in-person engagement Monday to Friday, day shift.
