Job Description
This is a salaried part-time/full-time licensed counselor position at a non-profit Christian Counseling Center serving the Danbury area.
Provide professional counseling to clients, helping them explore issues, develop insights, and build coping skills.
Maintain a caseload of approximately 30 clients per week with documentation and treatment plans.
Collaborate with staff and supervisors, perform clinical assessments, and refer clients to community resources as needed.
Evaluate treatment effectiveness and client progress, attend meetings, and participate in supervision.
Must be licensed in CT (LPC or LCSW), bilingual preferred, with strong clinical skills and availability for evening/weekend hours.
