Speech Language Pathologist

Job Description

The Language, Speech and Hearing Specialist provides assessments, individualized therapy, and educational planning to support students with communicative challenges.

Assess students, interpret results, and collaborate with teams to develop individualized educational plans (IEPs).

Deliver remediation through individual and group instruction, adjusting strategies as needed.

Consult with teachers, parents, and other professionals to address students’ communicative needs and facilitate success.

Maintain compliance with regulations, keep detailed records, and pursue ongoing professional development.

Qualifications include a state-required credential. The role can be part-time or full-time, offering benefits such as insurance, paid time off, and continuing education. Work is in person in San Jose, CA, with a schedule Monday through Friday during daytime hours.
