Job Description

The Language, Speech and Hearing Specialist assesses and diagnoses students with communicative challenges, developing individualized programs to support their learning.

They participate in multidisciplinary teams to set goals, provide remediation through individual and group instruction, and recommend modifications for success in regular classrooms.

They serve as a resource to staff and parents, collaborate with other professionals, and maintain compliance with regulations by documenting records and reports.
