We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry in Tega Cay, SC, to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Monitor and assess cardiac patients, utilizing telemetry equipment to track vital signs and rhythms

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and comfort

Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Educate patients and families on condition management and post-discharge care

Maintain accurate documentation of patient status and interventions
