Job Description
Construction truck drivers are responsible for safely transporting materials, performing vehicle inspections, and ensuring loads are properly secured.
Drivers operating vehicles over 26,000 pounds require a valid CDL license and must pass a drug test.
Primary duties include collaborating with coworkers and customers, maintaining a safe driving record, and adhering to FMCSA regulations.
Experience with belly dump, end dump, truck & pup, or water trucks is preferred.
Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, DOT medical card, and possibly tanker/hazardous material endorsements.
Work involves local routes, with full-time hours averaging 40–60 per week, and benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and more.
Minimum requirements include 2 years of driving experience and 1 year of construction experience, with CDL A certification.
