Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for a 3-11 shift, Sunday through Thursday, at a healthcare center dedicated to providing high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily nursing activities and ensure compliance with regulations and policies
• Maintain high standards of quality care
• Represent administration in the absence of leadership
• Delegate duties and ensure regulatory adherence

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited program
• Active RN license in PA
• Preferably experience in Skilled Nursing and knowledge of Long-Term Care regulations
