San Antonio Cancer Center is seeking a Radiation Oncologist to join and help grow our established, independent outpatient radiation oncology practice.

Founded in 2005, San Antonio Cancer Center has proudly delivered high-quality radiation therapy to the South Texas community. We are a radiation-therapy practice treating all adult malignancies—not a prostate-only center—with a diverse and engaging case mix.

We operate as an independent outpatient center, owned by Urology San Antonio, one of the region’s most established multi-physician specialty groups. While physician-owned, the Cancer Center maintains full clinical autonomy and a singular focus on radiation oncology excellence.

Clinical Scope & Technology

Adult malignancies including GU, breast, lung, GI, head & neck, skin, and palliative care
Varian TrueBeam® and VitalBeam® linear accelerators
IMRT, VMAT, SBRT, IGRT
ARIA EMR (or similar experience)
On-site PET/CT
Barrigel®, Pluvicto®, Xofigo®
Experienced physicists, dosimetrists, therapists, and support staff

The Role

As a Radiation Oncologist at San Antonio Cancer Center, you will:

Evaluate and manage patients requiring radiation therapy
Design and oversee individualized treatment plans
Collaborate closely with physicists, dosimetrists, therapists, and referring providers
Participate in service-line growth and strategic program development
Practice in a team-oriented culture where physician input truly matters

Qualifications

MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology
Eligible for Texas medical licensure
Experience treating a broad range of adult malignancies
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered cancer care
