Job Description

This full-time RN position requires a current, unencumbered license in the state and registration with the Professional Board of Nurse Examiners.

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school with at least two years of experience, preferably in long-term care with leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of nursing services, resident care, rehabilitation, therapy, and staff supervision is essential, along with familiarity with facility policies, medications, and medical equipment.
  • Encouraged to hold professional memberships; applicants should be warm, responsive, and able to make decisions with patience and tact.
  • Responsibilities include assessing residents, developing and evaluating care plans, supervising nursing staff, ensuring compliance with policies, and coordinating with other departments. Supervision of medication administration and emergency response is required.
