The position involves providing inpatient behavioral health care in a hospital setting, with 5 days of 8-hour daytime shifts (8am–4pm). The role offers competitive weekly pay, estimated between $3,720 and $4,400, supporting 12–14 patients daily. Candidates need at least 2 years of inpatient psychiatry experience, board certification as an NP, and PMHNP certification, with licensure or eligibility in Massachusetts.
