Job Description
Growing wound care company in Portland, OR seeks an energetic Nurse Practitioner for a full-time Rounding Wound Care Nurse Practitioner role.
Manage a patient load across Skilled Nursing Facilities, assisted living, and home visits, providing direct patient care and implementing treatment protocols.
Responsibilities include accurate documentation, communication with healthcare teams, chart reviews, and adherence to protocols.
Must hold board certification (ANP, FNP, etc.), with at least one year of wound care and NP experience; wound care certification preferred or obtainable within a year.
Travel in personal vehicle is required; mileage reimbursed.
Position offers a salary up to $200,000, benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and no weekend shifts.
