We are seeking dedicated Speech Language Pathologists for full-time or part-time roles at a healthcare facility.

_Overview:_
Join our team to enhance residents’ communication and swallowing abilities through assessment, diagnosis, and therapy.

_Key Responsibilities:_
– Provide individualized speech therapy in accordance with physician orders and regulations.
– Develop and update treatment plans, maintain accurate medical records, and ensure compliance with billing standards.
– Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and coordinate referrals for specialized studies.
– Foster positive relationships with residents, promoting dignity and privacy.
– Stay current with industry best practices and participate in continuing education.

_Requirements:_
– Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid state license.
– Prior experience preferred, especially in long-term care.
– Must pass background checks, hold CPR/BLS certification, and be proficient with technology.
– Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
– Ability to perform physical tasks and work effectively with diverse populations.
