Job Description
We are seeking dedicated full-time or part-time Speech Language Pathologists to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in residents, ensuring high-quality care in a healthcare facility.
Provide individualized therapy plans, evaluate progress, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, coordinate referrals, and promote resident dignity and person-centered care. Maintain professional development through ongoing education and implement new therapy techniques. Perform physical tasks related to therapy, adapt to varying schedules, and uphold legal and organizational standards. Qualifications include a Master’s degree, licensure, and ability to work in Hamilton, MT, with some travel.
