Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Mental Health Therapist to serve adolescent youth in a residential setting.

Provide individual, group, and family therapy to youth residents.

Diagnose and treat mental health disorders, develop and monitor personalized treatment plans.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.

Conduct assessments, create therapeutic interventions, and maintain accurate documentation.

Offer crisis intervention and build trusting relationships with clients and families when appropriate.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in a related field, licensed or eligible in Oklahoma, with experience working with youth preferred. Strong assessment, therapeutic, communication, and crisis skills are essential.

Details: Full-time position in Tulsa, OK, with benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 annually.
