We are seeking a compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our clinical team, serving adolescent youth in a residential setting.
Provide individual, group, and family therapy to residents with complex emotional and behavioral needs. Conduct assessments, develop and monitor treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members. Create tailored therapeutic interventions to promote emotional regulation and behavioral change. Maintain accurate documentation and offer crisis intervention when needed. Build trusting relationships with clients and involve families when appropriate. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field. Licensed or eligible for licensure in Oklahoma (LCSW, LPC, LMFT). Experience with youth in residential or behavioral health settings preferred. Strong assessment, therapeutic, and crisis intervention skills. Details: Full-time, $60,000-$75,000/year, benefits include health, dental, vision, and paid time off. Must be able to commute to Tulsa, OK. This in-person role emphasizes small caseloads to ensure quality care.
