Speech Language Pathologist / Speech Therapist (Home Health)

Job Description

We are a growing home health company seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to join our dynamic team.

Assess and treat individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders, with a focus on pediatric patients.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans while monitoring progress and adjusting as needed.

Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and communicate collaboratively with healthcare and educational teams.

Maintain accurate documentation and stay current with industry advancements.

Requirements: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, valid licensure, experience in pediatric care preferred, excellent communication skills, compassionate approach.

Details: Part-time, PRN, $70-$85/hr, flexible schedule (day shifts, Monday-Friday), on-the-road work, no nights or weekends. Benefits include 401(k), insurance options, paid time off, and continuing education.
