Speech Language Pathologist / Speech Therapist (Home Health)

Job Description

We are a growing home health company seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team.

Assess and treat individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders, focusing on pediatric populations and early intervention.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust therapies as needed.

Educate patients and families on speech disorders and therapeutic techniques.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals, educators, and caregivers to provide comprehensive care.

Maintain accurate documentation and stay current on the latest practices in speech therapy.

Requirements: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid licensure, experience in pediatrics preferred, strong communication skills, and a compassionate approach.

Details: Part-time, PRN, flexible schedule, on-the-road work, $70-$85/hr, with benefits including 401(k), insurance, paid time off, and continuing education. Schedule is flexible with no nights or weekends, working Monday to Friday.
