Speech Language Pathologist / Speech Therapist (Home Health)

Job Description

We are a growing home health company seeking to expand our dedicated team of professionals.

The Speech Therapist will assess and treat individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders, primarily in pediatric settings.

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, monitoring progress, and educating patients and families.

Collaborate with healthcare teams, educators, and caregivers to provide comprehensive care.

Maintain accurate documentation and stay current with industry advancements.

Requirements: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, valid licensure, knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and experience working with children preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Details: Part-time, PRN, $70-$85/hour, flexible schedule (day shifts, weekdays), minimal hours (~5/week), work on the road, no nights or weekends. Benefits include 401(k), insurance options, continuing education, PTO, and flexible hours.
