Speech Language Pathologist- Home Health – Part Time – Jackson

Job Description

We are seeking a Part-Time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Jackson, TN.

Provide assessments, evaluations, and treatment for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders within the scope of practice and in coordination with the healthcare team.

Assist in developing therapy plans and educate patients, families, and caregivers.

Must hold a current, unencumbered state license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR certification, and reliable transportation to serve multiple patients daily.
