Growing psychiatric practice seeking *Nurse Practitioners and/or Physician Assistants* to provide high-quality long-term care in Illinois.

Our unique team offers supervision and case discussion with two board-certified psychiatrists, supporting both new and experienced providers.

We value passionate, team-oriented individuals with empathy, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements include Illinois & Missouri licenses, a Master’s degree, and prescriptive authority eligibility; PMHNP board certification is preferred. Full-time or part-time roles available, with in-person work requiring facility visits.

Responsibilities encompass patient assessments, care planning, documentation, collaboration, and patient education.

Benefits include a $5k sign-on bonus, annual bonuses ($5k-$10k), 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and referral incentives.

Salary ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually. Prior experience and certifications are preferred.
