Bespoke Psychiatry is seeking *Nurse Practitioners and/or Physician Assistants* for a growing psychiatric practice focused on long-term care in Illinois.

Our team offers access to supervision and case discussions with two board-certified psychiatrists, ideal for both new and experienced providers. We value passion, teamwork, empathy, problem-solving, and strong communication.

**Requirements:**
– Full-time or part-time availability
– Illinois & Missouri licenses
– Master’s degree as an APN or PA
– Prescriptive authority eligibility
– BCLS certification
– Willingness to drive to facilities

**Responsibilities:**
– Conduct assessments and develop care plans
– Use EHR for documentation
– Collaborate with healthcare teams
– Educate patients and families
