Job Description

*Western Mental Health Center* is currently seeking licensed substance use professionals to provide SUD assessments and outpatient substance use counseling.

In this role, you will deliver comprehensive substance use services, including assessments, individual counseling, group facilitation, education, and ongoing client support. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Conduct comprehensive substance use disorder (SUD) assessments to inform individualized treatment plans
* Provide individual outpatient counseling for clients with substance use concerns
* Facilitate group counseling sessions in a therapeutic and supportive setting
* Provide education and resources related to substance use and recovery
* Support and motivate clients throughout their recovery journey

*Qualifications*

* Active licensure to provide substance use disorder services in the state of Minnesota
* Strong verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to travel as needed to meet client and program needs

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
