Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Per Diem Licensed Speech Therapist for Santa Clara County to join a renowned home health agency serving the Bay Area.

  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated patient care.
  • Deliver speech therapy services as per individualized care plans, evaluating patient progress and reporting changes.
  • Maintain clinical documentation and adhere to company policies.
  • Support patients in their homes, making a meaningful impact on their lives.

    • Requirements include a current California Speech Therapist license, CA driver’s license, and preferred home health experience. The role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay ($60-$75/hour), benefits, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive clinical team. This is a per diem position, not a contract.
