Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner for our adult primary care practice in the Champlain Valley, Northern NY, near Albany, Burlington, Lake Placid, and Quebec.


  • Perform comprehensive physical exams, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
  • Develop and adjust treatment plans collaboratively, provide health education, and monitor patient progress.
  • Work independently and with a healthcare team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
  • Accurately document all patient information using electronic medical records.

    • Qualifications include a valid NY Nurse Practitioner license or eligibility, with preferred experience in primary or urgent care, strong communication skills, and proficiency in EHR systems.


    We offer competitive pay ($65-$85/hr), benefits (including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development), and flexible schedules. The position requires relocation to Plattsburgh, NY before starting. Work is in person, full-time (32-40 hours/week).
