*Position Overview:*
We seek a compassionate Licensed Therapist to provide mental health and substance use disorder treatment to individuals, families, and groups.
*Responsibilities:*
– Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
– Deliver evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy.
– Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
– Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
– Participate in team meetings and provide crisis intervention.
– Offer psychoeducation to clients and families.
– Ensure services adhere to ethical and legal standards.
*Qualifications:*
– Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
– Licensed in Idaho (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or completing supervised clinical hours.
– Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
– Strong communication skills and knowledge of evidence-based models (CBT, DBT, EMDR preferred).
– Compassionate, ethical, and team-oriented.
