Therapist (Pre-Licensed and Licensed)

*Position Overview:*
We seek a compassionate Licensed Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy for clients facing mental health and substance use challenges. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will develop personalized treatment plans and deliver evidence-based interventions.

*Responsibilities:*
– Conduct assessments and create treatment plans
– Lead therapy sessions using proven approaches
– Collaborate with healthcare professionals
– Maintain accurate documentation
– Participate in team meetings and crisis support
– Offer psycho-education to clients and families
– Ensure ethical and best practice adherence

*Qualifications:*
– Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
– Licensed or pursuing licensure in Idaho (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
– Minimum 2 years clinical experience
– Strong communication skills
– Knowledge of evidence-based models preferred
– Compassionate, ethical, team-oriented
