This full-time physician role involves providing primary care across all ages within a Patient-Centered Medical Home model, under supervision of the Chief Medical Officer.
Responsibilities include clinical leadership, supervising midlevel providers, conducting examinations, diagnoses, treatment planning, and patient education. The provider will manage documentation, coordinate test results, and participate in quality improvement efforts.
Requirements include a medical degree, active Virginia license, DEA certification, CPR certification, and preferred board certification. Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.
Additional duties involve administrative oversight, protocol development, ensuring compliance, and engaging in community health initiatives. The role requires maintaining licensure, participating in meetings, and supporting organizational mission. The position offers a salary range of $200,000–$260,000 annually and requires in-person work in Boydton, VA.
