Job Description

Licensed Counselor position providing individual and group addiction treatment to adults in a substance use disorder program.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, documenting progress, and facilitating therapy sessions.

Must have valid licensure (LADC, LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) or be registered under supervision, with a valid driver’s license.

Ensure patient confidentiality, coordinate with community agencies, and participate in case reviews and professional development.

Provide crisis intervention, patient education, and support recovery efforts.

Physical demands involve sitting, occasional lifting, and reaching. Mental focus, accuracy, and following instructions are essential.
