Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) – Neuro ICU – PRN in San Antonio, TX.

As a Neuro ICU RN, you will provide expert nursing care to neuro critically ill patients, monitor neurological status, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Assess and prioritize patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and ensure patient safety.
• Administer medications, manage ventilators, and perform neurological assessments.
• Educate patients and families on condition and care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital policies and protocols.
