Join Partners in Hope Psychiatry as a Nurse Practitioner – Psychiatry dedicated to improving mental health care for geriatric patients in nursing homes.

Provide psychiatric medication management and therapy, collaborating with staff and facilities.

Assess, diagnose, and monitor patients, prescribing medications under supervision.

Requirements: Active Nurse Practitioner license in IL, at least 1 year of experience, strong communication skills, and a caring approach. Psychiatry experience is preferred but not required.
