We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN to serve as a Unit Manager, overseeing nursing services in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Ensure compliance with regulations and facility policies while managing daily operations.

Lead staffing, professional development, and quality documentation.

Coordinate resident assessments, supplies, and address grievances promptly.

Qualifications include a nursing degree, minimum 2 years of long-term care experience, 1 year of management, and current CPR certification.
