We are seeking a compassionate Transportation Aide/CNA to support patient mobility and care within a healthcare setting.

Safely transport patients using equipment like wheelchairs and lifts.

Assist with transfers, ambulation, and patient positioning.

Support clinical staff with vital signs, basic nursing tasks, and documentation in EHR systems.

Follow infection control protocols and ensure patient safety.

Provide personalized care for patients with special needs, including dementia and behavioral health.

Maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively with diverse patient populations.

Qualifications include current CNA certification, experience in healthcare environments, knowledge of medical terminology, and ability to operate mobility aids safely. Physical ability to assist with transfers and a compassionate approach are essential.
