The organization seeks a Bilingual (Spanish) Counselor dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic violence and their children.
Responsibilities include conducting intakes, facilitating two weekly groups for Spanish-speaking adults, providing individual counseling for adults and children, and coordinating bilingual graduate interns.
The ideal candidate will have a Master’s in counseling, social work, or related fields, be bilingual in Spanish and English, and experienced with the Latinx community and cultural diversity.
Qualifications include knowledge of human behavior, caseload management, group facilitation, and awareness of vicarious trauma.
This full-time role offers a 32-hour workweek (Monday-Thursday), with a salary of $70,000 annually and benefits such as 401(k), health, dental, life insurance, and paid time off.
