Job Description
The organization seeks a Bilingual (Spanish) Counselor to support survivors of domestic violence and their children.
Responsibilities include conducting intakes, facilitating at least two weekly groups for Spanish-speaking adults, providing individual counseling to adults and children, and coordinating with bilingual interns.
The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver, strong communicator, and dedicated team player with a Master’s in counseling, social work, or related fields, fluent in Spanish and English, and experienced with the Latinx community.
Qualifications include knowledge of human behavior, caseload management, group facilitation, and trauma awareness. Must pass a background check.
This full-time role offers a 32-hour work week (Monday-Thursday), $70,000/year, and benefits such as 401(k), insurance, and paid time off.
